First, I would call my staff to talk face to face and heart to heart and I would ask what the reason why not spirit to work. If the reason that privacy problem with the family, I just listen and understanding without give the decision because it’s their privacy. But, if the reason not feel enjoy in the work, I would make the enjoyable in work place with often listening about problem my staff and more build the family atmosphere with give the joke but don’t forget with my position as leader who must have authority. I will always give spirit with give the positife word such as “life your life and do the best”, “you are the best”, “we are the team” etc. because the good leader is always caring to their staff and the good company is have a good staff.

Management as Art
Management as science
it's mean the science how to reach the expect of result. The mean "art" there is someone capable and creativity whose get from experience, supervision, study and also skill to using science of management. so, the manner of lead to manage is Art in management. it's could explore with exercise.
For example :The president of Republic Indonesian Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono lead Indonesian country with wish and firmness because his background from militery and he also learn from another advance president. so, the point is, Management as art learn to us how to do.
because there are the collection of science many princip which is fundamental principle from the general right.
The characteristic management is science there are :
- there are identity of object
- the sistematic of structure
- using science method
- free from judge
- able to learn and learning
For example :
in the student organization, between the leader of organization and the members are cooperative to done of program art exhibition in their school. The leader who have the management system could arrange the members to have done their job with step by step and also ontime. so the exhibition could through with the awsome result.
so, the point is, management as science learning to think and also knowing the base of problem.
Management as Profession
it's mean that management the base to decide from the general princip, we could see there are a lot of course and training program of management its show that the princip of management could to be base to do something.
For example :
Mr. Budi could be a general manager because he capable to lead and arrange the employees and has good management system in his life. its show Mr.Budi proper be a general manager as his profession.

Because management as coordination process of any job event. so, the job could finished efectivly and eficiently with human as the media by the management system, and i think management by the universal is very usefull and important to all organization.
for example :
the system of United Airlines the company of air transportation very need the management system because the United Airlines are builds from any individual and group employee like pilot, mecanic, and stewardess and also build with the structure of the rule of job, time of flight, and strategy to arrange of rate.
over all, it why the United Airlines need the management system for all coordination system in it's company, management system most important. in the other side, the job description from all section could through good and the company could get much more profit.
