Study case from the boundaries of each line Of Management :



First-line Management:
Manager at the lowest level within the organization that manages the work of non-managerial employees involved in the production and creation of organizaton all products.
Examples: supervisor, line manager, office manager, foremen.
Case Study:
When the guest complaint contained ants in his closet, the supervisor called roomboyconcerned. If the problem can not handle, a supervisor because the supervisor to handlethe guest is the leader roomboy.

Manager Medium:
Among the first-line manager levels and peak levels of the organization that manages the work of first-line managers.
Example:
Head of department, head of the bureau, the project leader, plant manager, division manager.
Study cases:
A manager of housekeeping  check the work of supervisor through the worksheet and roomboy reports, and monthly reports in a business review of housekeeping.

Manager peaks:
Manager near peak levels of the organization responsible for making decisions that around entire organization and develop goals and plans that affect the organization as a whole.
Examples: executive vice president, president, managing director, head of operations,CEO (Chief Executive Officer), chairman of the board.
Study cases:
Budi Sentosa is of a general manager or as a top manager. He is the managing member has a name consisting of managers from across the department and is involved in the implementation and the creation of vast changes and the effect on the over all organization.
